About Me, Lisa Redstone

We each carry an unseen world within us - a landscape of knowing, longing, memory and mystery. I have been drawn to that world for as long as I can remember.
For more than thirty-five years I have explored the crossroads of psychology, consciousness and spirituality. My work lives at the threshold - where psychology meets spirit, ancient wisdom meets contemporary life and the mysteries of consciousness meet the beautifully human.
Some of my deepest learning, though, has come from what life itself has asked of me. I have known love and loss, bone-deep grief and I have lived through enough seasons now to know that wisdom isn't simply something we acquire, it is something life asks us to become.
For many years, I have had the privilege of sitting with people in the deeper places of their lives. My background includes a graduate degree in Spiritual Psychology, years of study and practice across Eastern, Western and Indigenous spiritual and healing traditions, and my work at Canyon Ranch Health Resort, where I offered spiritual programs and spoke about inner peace, women’s wisdom, and transformation.
She Walks As Wisdom is the embodiment of a lifetime of inquiry and experience, brought together in one place. A space to explore consciousness and relationship, love and becoming, grief and wonder, the sacred and the ordinary - and perhaps most of all, the art of being fully alive.
